1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Clientive, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Clientive is a client portal and project management tool for freelancers and agencies. We provide tools to manage clients, projects, proposals, and invoices.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or use it for illegal purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Clientive to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Store illegal, harmful, or offensive content

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Your data

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of anything you create in Clientive. If you cancel your account, you can request a data export within 30 days. After that, your data may be permanently deleted.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Clientive available at all times but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

Clientive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
