1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you use Clientive, we store the data you create — clients, projects, proposals, and invoices. We also collect basic usage data (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve Clientive. We use your email to send transactional emails (account verification, proposal notifications, invoice notifications). We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Files and attachments are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing (when applicable)

Each service has its own privacy policy and handles data according to their terms.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, update your information from your account settings, or delete your account at any time. To delete your account or request data export, email us at hello@clientive.app.

6. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (to keep you logged in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
